TIPS:
- Be specific with the information
- Keep it short - to be read in 10 seconds
- Indicate the Building and the Room where the event takes place. Otherwise, people will not find it.
- If the Event happens only once, then just list the specific Date and Time When it occurs
- If the Event is an ongoing series (Bible Study), then indicate the Weekday and Time
- If it is more than one day, then also indicate how long it last - e.g. 4 weeks.
- Indicate the first Sunday that you want the slide to appear on the screens as Show Beginning
- Indicate the Duration - i.e. how many Sundays in a rrow it should run. (By default, only 1 Sunday.)
- How to participate means who to contact to signup/get more information - e.g. Call the Church Office
- Contact is your name, email, and phone if there are any questions about your request.
- You will get an email with a copy of the slide to check for mistakes.
- Provide at least 3 days lead time to get a slide processed.
- If anything is ambigous, the slide will not be shown until the questions are resolved.
